Returns and refunds
Faulty products
If a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will provide you with a remedy (e.g. refund of replacement) wihin 3-4 weeks. All refunds are processed via the original payment method that was used for a purchase (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal or credit card). For some products, we reserve the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to discussing a suitable remedy with you. Most products need to be received by us for assessment.
To make a claim under our faulty returns policy, please contact us within 4 days after yu received the product via email sales@ursavodka.com.au or phone 1800-464367.
We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original receipt, tax invoice, a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at www.ursavodka.com.au or your statement which can be found in the My Purchases section in your account.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind return
We do not accept change of mind returns.

Please contact us within 4 days after the product receipt via email sales@ursavodka.com.au or phone 1800-464367 and we’ll respond with details on how to return or exchange a product.
